This well established property development, construction and investment group are well known for high end residential, town house complexes and apartment projects as well as commercial and childcare centre developments. With 30 years combined experience, their directors have successfully developed a company that prides themselves on their commitment to deliver quality projects whilst adhering to costs budgets and completion timeframes.

Due to current expansion in their Brisbane office, they are currently looking to recruit a Construction Manager to oversee all building facets of their projects from DA/BA stage through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Tertiary qualifications within construction and/or trade qualified
Organisation capacity with minimum supervision
Construction management experience on single projects from $2M to $5M and on multiple projects up to $10M simultaneously
Ability to run a broad range of projects concurrently
Proven ability to lead site teams
Experience in local government by-laws and regulation compliance
Strong administrative and cost reporting progress claims, and contract variations abilities
Outstanding communication skills
