Due to the ongoing growth of my clients commercial property portfolio in Brisbane, they have an immediate requirement for a building/facilities supervisor to maintain all operations for 1-2 iconic commercial buildings in the CBD.

You will be responsible for:

Daily inspection/s of services, including HVAC, heating system, plumbing/hydraulics, lighting, security & cleaning
Ensure contractor routine services are carried out
Carry out risk assessment and provide recommendations
Conduct OH&S inspections
Liaison with building owners, internal tenants and stakeholders
Carry out risk assessment and provide recommendations
Preparation of monthly budgets and reports

To apply we are looking for the following skills and experience:

Minimum of 4 years building management/facilities experience
Experience managing a commercial portfolio
Knowledge around environmental management, sustainability and NABERS
Excellent communication skills
Ideally hold a technical qualification/trade in mechanical/electrical engineering
Flexible and adaptable approach
