There is a once in a lifetime opportunity to further grow and develop your career within their corporate services property management division as a building services engineer. You will be responsible for managing the strategic and operational requirements of the building services department and property operations Australia wide, to ensure the delivery of key services (electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, fire) in a timely and cost effective manner. You will also be involved with the development and implementation of strategies to streamline and automate systems, procedures and processes to ensure effective delivery of services through the incorporation of operations and technology systems.

To apply we are shortlisting candidates with the following skills and experience:

Qualifications in building services (electrical or mechanical)
Experience in the management of building services and maintenance systems
Demonstrated experience managing diverse property portfolios
Strong understanding of building compliance, essential services, safety and environmental obligations within a facility management setting
Able to analyse technical engineering and building services systems and offer solutions and assess designs and solutions
Able to discuss operations effectiveness with facility managers and coordinators and other members of the property management teams
Particular strengths in commercial corporate office, industrial and data centre facilities
Superb communication and presentation skills
The desire to further your facility and engineering management expertise
