This company is one of the worlds largest construction companies and over the years has delivered some of Australias largest projects. They can handle stadiums, high rise buildings both commercial & residential, rail and large scale infrastructure. Being global doesnt mean they are immune to the current economic problems, but does mean they have the reach and funds to build in areas that are still busy such as Darwin.

With a small team of site staff in place we are searching for a civil Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering marine and large scale concrete projects here in Australia. Most of your time will be focused on helping set up the NT office on putting contacts in place which is why business development ability is so important.

With construction on a major downtown wharf about to begin part of your role will be to overlook the construction package and assist site staff. However the main focus is to make contact with local government bodies, selling capabilities to potential clients and putting together bid packages for tender. You will be a commercially astute individual with superior communication skills and experience working in the tendering department.
