An immediate job vacancy is available for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Centre Manager with Perth / WA experience. You will be taking care of a portfolio of retail shopping centres in Perth.

What we are looking for:

Centre management / Assistant Centre Management experience
Maintaining and building strong relationships with retailers
Stable work history with previous employers
Experience managing CAPEX budgets
Operational, facilities management and maintenance experience/knowledge
Management of leasing and arrears management
Superb communication and presentation skills
