Due to continuous work load, there is an immediate need for a Civil Designer - Land development. You will be responsible for:

Preparation and design of civil engineering projects
Staff management and training
Liaison with local council and authorities in respect with preparation and designs and approval process
Budget time and cost to perform the technical input requirement of the brief
Report and follow direction from the Project Manager
Introduce appropriate performance measurement to provide for continuous improvement and service delivery

What we are looking for:

Degree in Civil Engineering
Essential to have experience in design and documentation of residential subdivisions and Roads & Drainage
Solid experience in land subdivision and land development with strong experience as a senior designer
Stable work history from a consultancy background
Able to work in a pressured environment and meet timelines and deadlines
Sound experience with 12D, AutoCAD and DRAINS
Superb knowledge design standards and land development requirements
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Understanding of Project Management
Be a permanent resident of Australia
