This privately owned engineering consultancy has a vacancy in their Brisbane office for a Qualified Civil Engineer to promote production in the civil department. Projects are undertaken predominantly throughout South East Queensland and North Queensland and include: roads, highways, bridges, subdivisions, bulk earthworks and heavy infrastructure.

This high-profile position of Civil Design Manager will allow you to manage the growth and direction of the Civil Division in Brisbane. Combine the use of company resources with your skills in team managment to set new goals and improve efficiency.

Key criteria for performance include:

Experience in leading civil and infrastructure design teams
Demonstrated design and cost-control for a wide range of standard to complex civil engineering projects
Management of project resources and time management
Competency in oral and written communication

You will have a solid work history on large civil projects with a high attention to detail. Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering are highly regarded.
