This is a fantastic opportunity to adjust your career within the civil construction industry by getting on board with an industry leader. The business is considered to be a leading mid-tier contractor, their focus is predominantly on DMR and RTA projects although the company boasts a number of other successful results in bridges and rail.

This company has decided it is time to boost their estimating team in order to widen their scope of projects on which they can tender. This year they have already won some major roadwork and rail projects valued between $20M and $3B. Being in such a cash positive position and with plenty of work in the pipeline this is not a risky move but simply the right decision.

You will work within the estimating team using Expert Estimator here in Brisbane in their head office. We are not looking for Estimators who have bounced around between companies from year to year. More importantly we are looking for an individual with the right attitude, work ethic and track record of being part of a successful tendering team.

With an existing Estimating Manager in place it will be a smooth transition into the team learning their style, systems, suppliers, capabilities and company values that has made this organisation gain a reputation as industry leader and having possibly the highest staff retention rate for a civil contractor in the country.
