The project is located four hours west of Rockhampton it consists of a $9 M upgrade of an existing remote highway. You will provide engineering & financial support as well as onsite direction to labourers and local contractors. There will be live traffic flowing through the site. Previous experience on a similar project is important.

You will have functional authority for all aspects of the project and be responsible for:

Liaising with client & Main Roads
Review of contract documentation
Monitoring costs against budget
Claim administration

Civil Engineering qualifications are essential as well as previous experience dealing with governments bodies such as the Department of Main Roads. Upon completion of this project a position will be available in Brisbane helping deliver infrastructure projects in south east Queensland.
