They have numerous land development projects underway and new work coming online. You will play a pivotal role completing existing projects, both residential and industrial subdivisions and their associated roadworks and intersection construction. With new projects starting, initial site set up will be involved and ensuring that the foremen and site staff are fully resourced and prepared.

While reporting the Construction Manager your role as a Project Manager will involve the following key responsibilities:

Liaising with client and council
Review of contract documentation
Monitoring costs against budget
Claim administration
Managing engineers & site staff
Planning & programming

To be successful in applying for this position you will require previous experience in delivering similar land development projects. Civil Engineering qualifications are preferred combined with excellent management and organisational skills.
