Our client has an immediate opening for a BDM executive with Facilities Management experience. People and service delivery are this organisations top priority and they have established a reputation in the market their competition can only admire and wish for.

A NEW role has been created for a Client Relations Manager with operational and facilities management experience. The main focus of the role is to get in with Executive level staff members within large corporate organisations and develop relationships at a senior level and increase margins and quality on facility services portfolios. You will manage supply contracts including ensuring compliance with company quality management systems and ensure sub contractors, franchisee's/licensees meet contractual obligations (SLA's). You must identify strategic business development opportunities and manage the consultative sales cycle to secure new business.

What we are looking for:

Technical background and Facilities Management / Operational experience
Currently hold a similar position at a senior level with the ability to get into the CEO's of large corporate services clients
Worked on client side and managed Facilities Management providers
Very successful track record
Superb Management and Leadership skills
Well presented with an extremely high level of service delivery - Must value,build and retain business relationships
We are needing an entrepreneur who can think outside the square, have a positive attitude, be an excellent communicator who is not just a BDM but someone who can talk the ins and outs of facilities management and Operations with new business
