Our client is a leader in Aged Care that continue to grow from strength to strength. They have a reputation their competition can only admire and weep at and they recruit only the best in the market. Currently they have an immediate requirement for a Clinical Care Coordinator based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for leading the clinical and lifestyle services. You will provide quality care services and be responsible for administration, OH&S, people management and customer service. You will ensure specific care and service objectives are met and that a high standard of centred care is provided to all residents.

What we are looking for:

A strong background and relevant experience in clinical services in aged care
Registration with the nursing board of VIC and hold a practicing certificate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Previous experience as a Clinical nurse, coordinator or manager
Previous experience managing staff in a clinical care setting
Positive attitude toward working with the aged
Demonstrated understanding of relevant laws, acts, regulations and codes of practice
Flexibility and adaptability
