There is an immediate job vacancy for a Commercial manager for a globally renowned organisation. You will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive asset management model generating financial and operational efficiencies to a financial / banking institution. You will analyse lease documents and interact daily with facility managers. You will establish key communication and relationships with lease-management personnel and develop, implement and continue to monitor contractor performance operational KPI's to assist with the evaluation of service delivery.

To apply it is essential to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Solid background and working history in property related roles, with a thorough understanding of lease-management and facilities management
Strong understanding of law in regard to lease-management and property issues
Risk management and experience delivering KPI's
Experience conducting regular maintenance visits
Solid background analysing lease documents and interacting with facilities managers
High level of service delivery, with the ability to develop positive relationships with team, colleagues and customers
Superb communication and negotiation skills
Previous experience working with complex contractual arrangements
Managing a budget
Staff management, training, mentoring
Ideally have experience in the financial / banking sector (not essential)
Formal qualifications in Property or Facilities Management
