One of Australia’s largest and most successful civil contractors currently has numerous opportunities to take up a new role in their Commercial / Contracts teams to help deliver civil & mining infrastructure in a couple of different locations including North Queensland, Central Queensland and Brisbane. Over the next five years Billions of dollars worth of construction will be delivered, work includes: Access roads, sea walls, mining infrastructure, dams, waste water treatment plants, a power stations, services and large scale concrete structures / slabs that will support the mechanical and electrical components.

Working closely with the design team you will establish a team of Contract Administrators while being responsible for the administration of all subcontract packages which start at $5M and will climb into the hundreds of millions of dollars. You will be responsible for the procurement, commercial agreements and cash flow while work is being delivered at multiple sites.

While working closely with the Project and Construction Manager your role will include:

· Assist Project Managers in subcontractor and consultant management

· Manage head contract variations and scope changes

· Develop cost controls for projects and reporting requirements

· Account finalisation of head contract and subcontracts
