This is a rare opportunity for an experienced commercial property manager to join the Brisbane CBD team and manage a portfolio of commercial assets. This particular portfolio will require a hands on and astute individual who is experienced in lease negotiations, client management and financial reporting.

The company prides themselves on providing detailed and thorough property management to highly valued clients, therefore you must be extremely customer focused, display a very professional nature and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience or any exposure to overseeing large capital expenditure programs would also be highly regarded. You will work closely with a quality management team and in conjunction with highly skilled facility managers, contractors and other building management staff.

To be considered you must possess:

Proven commercial property management experience from local Brisbane market
Strong lease negotiation experience
Excellent client management and communication skills
Superb presentation skills
Financial management skills
Solid MS office
