This organisation is one of Australia’s largest engineering, construction and asset development companies. With future work assured, they have invested heavily in private/public partnerships to sustain their solid business through all stages in the current economic conditions.

This project is an integral part of the Queensland Governments water rehabilitation scheme in South East Queensland. The project consists of three advanced water treatment plants, six storage plants and nine pumping stations which will have the capacity to store 50 megalitres of water by the end of 2013.

Working with your project team you will be required to oversee the commissioning phase of the project and co-ordinate on site personnel in the delivery of design specifications.

You will have the following accountabilites in your role:

Management and Co-ordination of Commissioning

Co-ordinating on-site personnel

Ensuring the project is compliant with design specifications

Accountability for Production Control

Producing Progress Claims

Forecasting Labour Costs

The ideal applicant will have electrical or mechanical commissioning experience and an ability to project manage teams. Tertiary qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering are essential for this role.
