Due to their hard work and outstanding relationships within the industry, they are in an exciting phase and are currently looking to recruit a Contract Administrator for their Brisbane office.

The successful Contract Administrator will have the following
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management and/or Quantity Surveying
A minimum of 3 years post grad construction experience
Experience with CHEOPS
Proven and past experience within procurement, negotiating contract variations, issues revised project drawings, specs and schedules to site, progress claims, manage RFI’s.

This is an ideal opportunity for the Contract Administrator that is looking to take the next step within their career. There is career progression to Senior Management for the right person. You will be offered the opportunity work with a close knit construction team and have the ongoing support of upper management.
