One of Queensland’s leading builders has an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to learn the business in a real design & construct environment. You will be involved in projects not just in the commercial sense but with the opportunity to influence their development and the results at the end, by taking part in design development, cost planning for initial feasibilities and extensive client and consultant liaison.

This role represents the ability to step away from the normal hard dollar environment to a more client focused and partnering approach. Your ability to nurture relationships and keep clients happy whilst commercially controlling your projects will see you become an integral part of the business.

The contractor has been developing their business successfully over the past 15 years and is also expanding into emerging markets to ensure the future stability of the company. They have found that their methods and understanding of D&C have led to increasingly happy clients and a full order book for the next 2 years.
