As a well-known mid-tier construction company in Queensland, this privately owned business is known for their iconic projects within the commercial, government and industrial sectors. Due to their professionalism, ability to deliver and well established work ethics they have developed and maintained long last relationships with clients for over 50 years within South East Queensland

There is a current need for a construction Estimator to join their team. You will be working closely with two estimators and an estimating assistant as well as Project Managers and the Directors on various multimillion dollar commercial projects. You will be offered a salary package commensurate with experience ($120k - $150k) as well as a supportive working environment – from both managers and directors. The ideal candidate will want to take their career to the next level and become the Estimating Manager within the Brisbane team.

You will have the following:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Experience with Buildsoft is an advantage
Proven ability to cost plan from concept drawings
Fantastic relationships with sub contractors, clients and consultants
The desire to step into an Estimating Manager role when the opportunity arises
