This is an opportunity to join one of Australia’s most diversified construction, development, and funds management organizations. Completing around $700M in construction in Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane they have a property portfolio of $2 billion plus, providing industrial, commercial, retail, and residential property solutions for a range of ‘house-hold names’ in the corporate world.

The initial project is a $500M 70-level ‘super-tower’ which will become Brisbane’s next iconic high-rise. Standing 250m the development will consist of luxury penthouses and apartments, a five-star hotel, and 20-levels of A-grade office space. The team will be on site in October, and a second $70M commercial precinct in design phase will commence next year.

The appointment of a Construction Manager will drive their construction business in QLD which will compliment their massive land-holding and property portfolio and will push projects from the development team through the ‘pipeline’ to construction delivery.
