Our client is a global Engineering and Project Management company. They currently have opportunities for an experienced Construction Manager to join their professional project delivery team. This exciting opportunity will be available on a fixed term basis as a residential or FIFO from Brisbane.

The role will ensure that the project is constructed on time, to budget and in accordance with client objectives.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Determine the appropriate organisational structure and resource requirements for the site and secure required resources
Manage all aspects of site administration ie. arranging relevant permits and licences, monitoring regulatory compliance requirements, standards of workmanship, adherence to company policy, Health, Safety and Environment requirements and other relevant guidelines
Adhere to the company approach to project reporting in order to track planned against actual deliverables
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Direct the supervision of contractors and subcontractors by engaging them to perform respective scope of works, ensuring schedule, safety and quality requirements are achieved
Comply with all of the company's corporate policies and procedures.

You will have several years experience in a similar role within an EPCM environment with proven successful project completion. A trade qualification relevant to the construction industry would be highly regarded. Advanced communication skills are essential.
