As a national company looking to grow their Brisbane office – this mid-tier Construction Company is at the forefront of commercial, residential, government and retail sectors for projects up to $30m.

Due to winning stage 2 of a $10m residential apartment complex there is a current and immediate need for a Contract Administrator to join the team.  As a company that prides themselves on a good working culture, they are looking for someone that is loyal, hardworking and thrives on being challenged.

You will be involved in all aspects of Contracts Administration and working alongside the Senior Contracts Administrator.  You will ideally be degree qualified however that is not paramount.  You will have extensive experience within the local construction market on projects in excess of $5m.   You will also be able to access ongoing training and professional development from both senior staff and outside mentors within the construction industry.

You will be offered an outstanding salary package of up to $120k which will be indicative of you past and proven experience.  The right candidate will also be offered opportunities to further their career into a more senior role within the business.
