This Government-owned statutory authority is responsible for $4B of QLD’s vital infrastructure projects which are currently being delivered by various major construction and engineering alliances.

There is currently a need for an experienced Commercial Advisor to manage the commercial aspects of various alliance contracts with the stakeholders involved in some of SEQ’s major infrastructure projects.

Suitable candidates will have demonstrated knowledge of the following:

Alliance-style agreements with the construction or infrastructure sector
Contract administration/Project Accountant experience in an alliance environment
Ability to process claims and variations and close-out major contracts
Issue RFI's to alliance groups

This will be an interesting ‘multi-faceted’ role which will require advanced financial reporting skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of construction alliance contracts and the ability to communicate with a range of corporate stakeholders.
