The role will suit a senior Contract Administrator who is capable of managing head-contracts $50M+ in value and a track record commercially managing profitable projects.

As preferred tenderer you will be initially you will be working on a major bid for a $500M+ project which will be one of SEQ’s biggest projects starting in 2009 and will be involved in financial, commercial and contractual risk management in the pre-contract phase, before major lettings begin. In delivery stage you will then oversee a talented team of Contract Administrators and provide strategic advice and manage external stakeholder relationships.
