One Australia’s largest Engineering and construction giants has a list of projects ready to start next year that incorporate a range of commercial construction and is the result of the QLD government’s infrastructure plan, including schools, medical facilities, defence, and cutting-edge technology precincts. They have also forged strong relationships with corporate heavy-weights and will be completing large $100M+ projects in unique Joint-Venture relationships with their capital management division.

As contract manager you will be responsible for full head contract management, and coordinate a team of CA’s and cadets, providing commercial advice, evaluating contractual risk and monitoring financial milestones.

To be suitable for this role you will have had a strong background as a contract administrator on design and construct defence projects and experience working for a builder in a managing contractor arrangement.

This role is located close to Kakadu National Park and would suit someone who would enjoy living in one of Australia’s renowned fishing and nature-lover’s playground, whilst developing a career with Australia’s most respected construction contractors.
