Dealing with clients from both the public and the private sector, they have grown their reputation over the years as a company of choice due to their professionalism, ability to deliver the job and cpmplete understanding of their client’s needs.

Due to winning a large job on the Sunshine Coast there is a current need for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team – whilst they are a Brisbane based company, this role will be based on site at the Sunshine Coast.

You will have the following

A tertiary qualification within Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
At least 5- 7 years post graduate experience
Experience with $20m + projects (residential projects an advantage)
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills
Proven experience in dealing with clients and key stake holders

This is a long term opportunity for you to join an industry leader within their field. You will be offered a package commensurate with experience (up to $130k +) as well as the opportunity to move into Senior Management.
