For the successful Contracts Manager this is the opportunity for exposure to the regulated government and institutional project management framework, and open up new career paths into contractually managing this type of construction. As the Contracts Manager your role will be reporting to the Project Director on the commercial aspects of the project and involvement in pre tender negotiations and documentation. You will be managing a team of up to five Contract Administrators with responsibility for career management and retention.

The successful Contracts Manager will have 5+ years experience as a Contract Administrator, and you will have a thorough understanding of D&C, lump sum and cost plus contracts coupled with a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
