If you are a contracts manager with solid facilities management experience, looking for a new challenge then look no further.

This organisation is renowned internationally for their diverse fields of expertise - one of them being Facilities Management. There is a new role which has become available for a Contracts Manager to be directly responsible for a important large FM contract. You will be responsible for providing leadership to all FM staff within the assigned area and to establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Another major task is managing the budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements of the contract.

What we are looking for:

Formal qualifications in Facilities Management or related field - A degree will be highly regarded
Solid background in a facilities management role and contracts management experience
Strong technical understanding in relation to building services and maintenance
Experience in co-ordinating and delivering 'hands on' operations training to a contract team
Staff management and leadership skills
Experience in pricing, negotiating and supervising services subcontracts
Experience in preparing and analysing contract budgets and finances
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Track record in problem solving and delivery of contract improvement initiatives
