Client Side Role
Corporate Office Services Environment
$60-65K+Super (Neg)

Are you a confident and talented facilities coordinator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills? We are currently searching for someone to manage corporate office services for 2 main locations in the Brisbane CBD. This is a client side role/tenant role not through a service provider. You will be responsible for:

Facilities coordination across corporate office sites and locations
Adhering to OH& S and following OH& S systems
Assisting with staff re-locations and office moves
Communicating with stakeholders and staff members
Carrying out regular building maintenance and following up any issues

To apply we are looking for the following skills and experience:

5 years experience in a similar role (client side) as a facilities coordinator
Excellent communication and client servicing skills
Space planning and management experience
Experience around office moves and staff relocations
Building maintenance experience
Workplace health and safety certification or experience across OH&S systems
Excellent presentation skills
