Would you like to work for an interesting company involved in Minerals Exploration deep in the ocean on the sea bed? Well this could be the opportunity for you.

If you are an experienced Cost Controller with previous experience working in Mining, Oil & Gas or a dredging environment, we would like to hear from you.

Our client currently has a requirement for an experienced Cost Controller to join their team based in their Brisbane office. The role will see you:

· Liaising with the project team for forecasting purposes

· Reporting on costs

· Data and statistical accumulation

· Help develop work breakdown schedules

· Assist Senior Cost Engineers and Project Managers as required

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and skills:

· At least 5 years MINIMUM Cost Control experience gained within a Mining, Oil & Gas or a dredging environment

· A qualification in Accounting/Finance is essential

· Experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and SAP

· Experience with other in-house cost control software would be helpful
