Would you like to work for a highly successful project management services company who have a solid client base of the big players in Mining? Well this could be the opportunity for you.

If you are an experienced Cost Controller with previous experience working in Mining or for an EPCM and are immediately available, we would like to hear from you.

Our client currently has a requirement for several Cost Controllers to work within their clients team. Some of the roles are based here in the CBD of Brisbane and others are located on site in Northern Central Queensland.

Duties (although not limited to) are:

· Liaison with project team for forecasting purposed

· Reporting on costs

· Data and statistical accumulation

· Help developing work breakdown schedules

· Assist Senior Cost Engineers and Project Managers as required

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and skills:

· At least 2-3 years MINIMUM Cost Control experience gained within a Mining or Heavy Engineering environment

· Previous experience working for a EPCM

· A qualification in Finance is desirable but not essential

· Experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and SAP

· Experience with other in-house cost control software would be helpful

These roles are offered on a contract basis with a minimum length of 12 months.
