For the successful Cost Planner, this is the opportunity for exposure to the regulated government and institutional project management framework, and open up new career paths into contractually managing this type of construction.

The successful Cost Planner will have 2-5 years experience in either a contractor or consultancy and be involved in reviewing, guiding and pricing design development to achieve positive outcomes, as well as be involved in major negotiated bid submission for JV partners, and in-house development teams. Our clients Cost Planners are involved throughout the design/tender process and into construction offering you the chance to step beyond the normal role of an Estimator/Cost Planner and work on a project throughout its entirety. Due to the size and nature of the projects undertaken, you will be expanding your networks, engaging with Australia’s leading Project Managers, Architects and Consultants.
