This leading ASX-listed builder developer is one of Australia’s most successful property groups. Their commercial and Industrial Division has delivered over $1 billion in their Investment property trust.

Working predominately on industrial sub-divisions and associated drainage, roads and concrete foundations, your role will involve working closely with the development team indentifying projects and completing feasibility studies before releasing the work for private contractors to bid on.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Civil Estimator to take a step away from pumping out estimates on a weekly basis trying to compete with every other civil contractor in Queensland. This is a refreshing role that will involve are more business development approach liaising with the client and civil contractors who you engage.

To be successful you will need to have at least 5 years experience Estimating on civil projects here in South East Queensland, projects must involve subdivisions (residential, commercial of industrial) ranging anywhere from $5 - $50M.
