This well-known Development, Funds Management and construction company has been heavily contributing to the changing skyline of SEQ. With a diversified funds management, development, and construction capability they have delivered a range of projects such as residential/commercial high-rise, resorts/hotels, and master-planned communities.

There are currently two landmark projects in the pipeline. Their $300M mixed-use high-rise has just recieved DA, with a second $150M residential DA to be submitted. Construction is due to start mid 2011.

The successful Development Manager will have a dual role, firstly managing detailed design and design development on the $300M project adding value on construction methodology and buildability and ensuring the project adheres to a budget. Concurrently you will manage the DA application process on the $150M residential project on the city fringe.

As Design Manager you will be responsible for

Design development to budget at both tender and post contract stage,
Engagement and management of consultants,
Coordinate the information flow between the design and construction teams
Initiate suitable changes to design to facilitate new user needs or improved cost or material performance.
