The successful Design Manager will be responsible for:-

Design development to budget at both conceptual and pre-construction phase
Engagement and management of consultants,
Coordinate the information flow between the design and construction teams
Initiate suitable changes to design to ensure a quality finished product has been created

Suitable candidates will come from a construction or architectural background with experience as a Design Manager, PM, CA or Project Architect.
