As Design Manager you will have a extensive background on retail projects and be able to partner with potential clients on the early conceptual stages. You will be responsible for the following:

Design development to budget at both tender and post contract stage,
Engagement and management of consultants,
Coordinate the information flow between the design and construction teams
Initiate suitable changes to design to facilitate new user needs or improved cost or material performance.

Suitable candidates will have a strong track record delivering major D&C retail projects as a design manager.
