The role will manage front-end consultant coordination, as well as hands-on design management through construction delivery.

As Design Manager you will be responsible for

Design development to budget at both tender and post contract stage,
Engagement and management of consultants,
Coordinate the information flow between the design and construction teams,
Initiate suitable changes to design to facilitate new user needs or improved cost or material performance.

This is a chance to have both variety and long-term job security in your role with a solid pipeline of government health and defence projects over the next 2 years.
