Growth within the company has created the need for an Electrical Design Engineer who will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding design solutions.

Your role will encompass:

The design of various Electrical equipment to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget and within scope, and according to Australian Standards
Working autonomously and being a mentor to junior engineers and graduates
Provide expert technical advice in Electrical Engineering for both internal and external clients
Establish and maintain positive client relationships with a high level of professionalism to achieve long term loyalty.

To be successful, you will require:

Electrical Engineering Degree qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in Electrical engineering design
CPEng and RPEQ qualified
Advanced Electrical design skills - Primary Substation Design
Desire to mentor junior staff
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships
Sound knowledge of relevant Australian Standards
