$85,000 - $110,000 package

This is a newly created position involving high voltage reticulation, switchboard and substation design for greenfield and brownfield projects. The position of Senior Electrical Design Engineer will report directly to the Queensland State Manager. Along with design, you will be involved in commercial decisions and client relationships.

You responsibilities will include:

Detailed design of EHV protection systems and SCADA/PLC system specifications
Preparation of technical specifications & cost estimates
Supervision of designers
Forming, building and maintaining client relationships

To succeed in this role you will need the following:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Associate Diploma with relevant experience considered
Proven experience in High Voltage Power Transmission Designs (secondary protection systems)
Excellent design and project management skills
