Senior Electrical Project Manager
$130,000- $150,000 package D.O.E
Brisbane Based, Government Facilities, High Rise, Hospitals

Currently an established Electrical Contractor with a focus on Commercial projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager looking for an organization where they can direct projects, influence company procedures and thrive in their forward thinking approach…….

Their turnover annually is approximately $20 million with a current project focus on commercial high rise projects, hospitals, government facilities and shopping centres.

Currently they are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee 4 current and upcoming projects.

To be successful in this role, you will require a demonstrated ability to project manage electrical installation commercial projects. It is also a requirement that you display intermediate to advanced PC skills including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project & MS Outlook. An electrical Trade Certificate and Current Queensland Electrical License are also essential.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Project Management of major commercial installation projects
Tender and job documentation review as per client requirements
Initiating documentation
Maintaining & developing professional relationships with Clients
Developing Estimates & Quotations for customers

You will report directly to your projects on a daily basis and 1-2 times per week you will be required to report back to the head office for meetings and reporting updates.
