Starting its operations over 25 years ago, this mid tier Construction Company are well known and respected throughout South East Queensland.

They are renowned for delivering high quality industrial, commercial, health care and government projects. Each year they have continued to forge ahead, and build a reputable name for themselves which in turn sees a lot of their work via repeat business.

With a full order book for the new year, they are looking for an Estimator to join their Brisbane team. The best thing about the role will be VARIETY. You will be putting together successful tenders, as well as being exposed to the development division in terms of cost plans and bills of quantities etc. As an Estimator you will be preparing tender bids around the $20m-$40m mark, and be expected to also market the company to prospective clients.

The successful Estimator should have at least 5-7 years estimating experience in the commercial and industrial building industry. This role would suit someone that wants to join a company that offers a diverse range of projects, with anything from the construction of police stations to huge warehouses.

This position would suit an estimator looking at joining a leading mid-tier company that, despite the current market, is looking as strong as ever. If you are a little worried about your job security, a role with this company could be the move you need to make.
