This organisation has been developing a reputation nationally, for decades, for delivering quality projects with the commercial, retail, education and hospitality sectors. They have been able to establish themselves as a top player within the commercial field and generally complete projects in the $10m-$50m range.

As a result of successful tenders they are looking to attract the best construction personnel in the business, in particular they are currently looking to recruit an Estimator to join their special works team (projects from $1m-$10m).

Ideally you will have the following:

Strong construction background
Tertiary qualification or trade background
Strong knowledge of pricing in the local market
Outstanding analytical skills
Great communication and relationship building skills
Experience within Buildsoft
Extensive experience in tendering
