This national landscaping company has been in business for over 33 years. Starting in south east Queensland they have expanded into other states offering a unique service that has made them one of the largest landscaping companies in Australia.

Their Townsville office has an opening for a highly experienced and capable person to Estimate on projects in North Queensland while handling some Project Management responsibilities.

We are ideally looking for someone with and landscaping background but this isn’t a must. Experience in estimating is necessary, preferably in an industry that has the same principals as Landscaping.

Experience in the following is ideally required:

• Preparation of tender and handover of documents

• Providing input into strategic planning

• Liaising with clients, contractors & consultants

To be successful in the role, you will require a demonstrable analytical ability combined with the necessary skills of managing constantly changing priorities. Your time management and organisational skills will be paramount to your success. There will be a requirement to work on site as necessary however the majority of your time will be office based.
