This company is a leader in facilities management and property. Their sphere of activity includes consultancy services for industries including commerce, government,  commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, educational and healthcare throughout Asia pacific and they are very committed to service and passionate about delivery.

They consistently have open vacancies for talented facilities co-ordinators / managers with relevant industry experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing strong relationships
  • Manage the facilities and operations by meeting SLA's and achieving KPI's developed to provide the functional service delivery of companies contractual agreements with clients
  • Budgeting and reporting
  • All building maintenance and operations
  • Working within the organisations risk management framework

In order to be successful we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Solid experience in a facilities co-ordinator / facilities management role
  • Tertiary qualified or greater in FM/building services OR property related field
  • Demonstrated client relationship management
  • Extensive asset maintenance experience within a large commercial property environment
  • Demonstrated experience in project managing mid sized construction, building services projects
  • Solid financial management skills in budget planning and financial analysis
  • Experience in contract preparation, procurement, administration and performance management
  • Sound communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in preparation of business cases and report writing
