Are you a talented facilities administrator/coordinator with a keen eye for detail? Are you passionate and dedicated to a career in facilities management? If so, this could be the position for you.

Our client is the leader in the FM and Property sector. They have a newly created position for a facilities administrator/coordinator to provide administration support to a FM team of 3 and coordinate all financial management, reporting and OH&S. You will monitor statutory compliance dates as well as manage the day to day operations of a CBD property. This is a truly unique role that involves alot of reporting as well as the responsibility of being the primary FM contact for an iconic premises.

To apply we are looking for the following skills and experience:

Experience in the facilities management industry in a similar role - Administrative or as a facilities coordinator
Advanced computer skills in multiple areas covering MS Word, Excel, Outlook and particularly compiling graphs, data and reports
Able to demonstrate having a keen eye for detail & analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills
Extensive experience in report writing is essential
Financial management skills
Well presented with a general knowledge of property and FM related issues
