A Global leader in Facilities Management has an immediate requirement for a talented Facilities Coordinator. This will initially start as a contract. If you are looking for what could result in a longer term career opportunity within a stable and dedicated team of professionals, this could be the position for you.

You will be responsible for assisting with the facilities management for a number of commercial properties/buildings and will report directly to the regional facilities manager.

What we are looking for:

Degree/qualifications in mechanical/air conditioning or electrical field
Experience in a facilities coordinator role (commercial/industrial properties preferred)
Client and customer service orientated
Superb communication skills
Excellent problem solving abilities
Flexible approach and dedicated attitude
Dynamic and outgoing personality
Good presentation skills
