They are a progressive player in their line of business and a once in a lifetime opportunity has become available for 1 lucky and very talented technical facilities manager.

You will be responsible for managing the Perth property portfolio and to ensure the reliable operation of related building services. Which includes building maintenance and repair of buildings, plant and equipment, managing security, cleaning, office alterations and staff relocations, implement sustainable energy management systems and undertaking regular property inspections, condition auditing and reporting. You will oversee and manage contractors performance as well as manage a team of technical maintenance and facilities staff.

To Apply we are looking for the following skills and experience:

Appropriate qualifications in mechanical, electrical, building services or facilities management
Solid background and work experience as a facilities manager
Strong experience in the maintenance of building engineering services including UPS plant, generator plant, electrical and mechanical infrastructure and other related controls
Experience managing a team of support staff
Solid financial reporting and budgeting skills
Superb communication skills both verbal and written
Experience in the management of performance based building services contracts
Flexible approach to work, able to be on call when required
