The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall operations and smooth maintenance of an iconic commercial asset in the Brisbane CBD. It is an autonomous and technical role which also requires servicing a number of impressive tenants.

What we are looking for:

A strong facilities manager with commercial industry experience - High Rises
Technical qualifications in FM or Engineering
Knowledge of NABERS
A vibrant and lively individual with excellent client servicing skills
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of supervisors
Ability to work autonomously and reliably unsupervised
A strong understanding of all building/facilities management for a prestigious and prominent commercial site
Must be a very polished and well presented individual with excellent communication skills
