This organisation is renowned nationally and has an enviable market reputation. Due to ongoing projects/work load there is vacancy for a talented facilities officer/administrator with FM/Property industry experience.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project endorsement as well as management of projects from development through to delivery phase-including preparation of project briefs, budget estimates, timelines, implementation programs, quality review and budget control.

You will work with the National Facilities Manager and also be responsible for accumulating data and information into maintenance schedules, as well as adhering to compliance issues.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a facilities officer / facilities coordinator/administrative role
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills relevant to the 'built' environment
  • Sound interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of OHS policies
  • Ability to undertake day to day management of consultants and contractors
  • Experience facilitating user groups
  • Experience developing resource efficiency strategies
  • Positive attitude and the desire to progress into a more senior FM position within 12 months!
