The role:

We are looking for a facilities specialist responsible for the following:

Facilities & Property Management - relating to issues from the client side of the organisation. Consultation with internal and external clients and the outsourced provider to raise and follow up on facilities and property related matters - For main location and multiple small locations
Project management - assistance with running projects in relation to refurbishment, fit-outs, service upgrades, safety, system management & design, process improvement, asset management, installations and budget monitoring
Assist with property leasing duties
Assisting with negotiation of market rent review and leashold budgets / payments

To Apply we are looking for:

Related degree / qualifications in Property, Facilities Management or Business/Administration
Proven experience in a corporate facilities officer role - Ideally within banking, finance or insurance industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Client focused attitude based on building and maintaining relationships & partnerships at all levels
Positive approach to work and life and enjoy being in all environments which are motivating, creative and encourages ownership and participation
Professional work ethic with integrity and respect for people
